Residuals and condition numbers for the inversion of data, and moment-tensor resolution and fault plane solutions in the synthetic experiments.

Summary of the values of the Normalized Root Mean Square (NRMS) in the data inversion for the complete moment tensor (MT) and pure double couple (DC), and of the values of the condition number in the SVD linear inversion for the MT. The following types of the shear-tensile source characterized by the off-plane slip angle α (see Fig. 1 of the paper) are investigated:
α= 5°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 90° (this value corresponds to a tensile-crack).

The moment tensor (MT) resolution in the synthetic experiments with shear-tensile sources characterized by the off-plane slip angle α (see Fig. 1 of the paper) attaining the values α = 10°, 30°.

Fault-plane solutions corresponding to synthetic experiments with combined shear-tensile sources characterized by the off-plane slip angle α (see Fig. 1 of the paper) attaining the values α = 20°, 90° (corresponding to a tensile-crack).
