Abstract Submissions

Abstract submissions will open 1 April and close 20 May.

Registration:

The registration will open in June 2025.

The registration fees are listed below and include lunch, breaks and receptions. Please note, this meeting will be limited in its attendance, so register shortly after registration opens.

Travel Grants

SSA will award three travel grants to student and early-career members attending the 2025 Environmental Seismology Meeting. Applications will be accepted from 1-30 April.

These grants provide complimentary registration and include a cash award to help subsidize the cost of travel, food and lodging. All grant recipients must submit a first-authored abstract and present their work in either an oral or poster session at the meeting.

Letters of Support: All applicants must have a faculty advisor or supervisor submit a one-to-two paragraph letter of support to ssagrants@seismosoc.org by 30 April.
