Registration:
The registration process is linked to the submission and acceptance of abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Once a presenter’s abstract has been accepted by the co-chairs, the presenter will be provided a link to register for the meeting.
The registration fees are listed below and include breakfast and lunch daily. Please note, this meeting will be limited in its attendance, so register shortly after registration opens.

Wait times to receive a visa have increased for some. In order to support those who require a visa to participate in the meeting, SSA will provide a letter of support now. While typically SSA would require confirmation of an accepted abstract or paid registration, a letter of intent to submit an abstract and/or SSA membership will suffice for this meeting.
